Great product. Abysmal customer service and fitting instructions

This is my 2nd T'eyes unit. The products are great, Luxone even more plug and play than CC3 (but see below). But the customer service is non existent. No or very slow reply to emails. There are no fitting instructions other than a simple wiring diagram. Online material is vague and completley haphazard "organisation" on website. Still can;'t get the rear view camera to work although the guidance lines show up. Delivery time well over a month costing £35. Nice product shame about the company.
