Very Supportive team, i ordered a deck for my vehicle and it was slightly smaller due to my vehicle model. It wasn’t able to fit correctly because they do cater for my model. However, I contacted customer support and after a multitude of communication they decided to send me some brackets that may solve my problem and it sure did.. They didn’t had to because the information on the site is clear but they supported me and now my deck is in and working perfectly fine. Great service considering I’m on the other side of the world.

Ground loop issue
Ok so i had a whine on the stereo and it was tied to the alternator. The wway to fix it is by chopping the black earth wire, and steering controls, pretty much the whole stereo, ground cable, back to the spot where your amplifier is ground. they need to ground at the same point in the car. Im getting a second one of these to help with reverse camera interference.

I didn't use it. Radio has no noise at all so.

Did Not Resolve
No discernable improvement in alternator whine and general feedback after installation.
